Villa Nika is located in the center of Premantura, but on the other hand it's hidden from the summer crowds and traffic. You are close to the town, shops, restaurants, bars, travel agencies, markets, patisseries, ATMs but you don’t see or hear it. The beach is at a walking distance, the nearest is approximately 600 meters away, but wherever you are situated, make sure you visit the Cape Kamenjak, a protected landscape of nature, by foot, bicycle or car.
We are here to provide for you a pleasant and nice stay and to meet your needs and answer any questions or suggestions, for example how, among such a large number of beaches, to find the one that best meets the needs of you and your family.
